Speedtrap Distillery is the kind of place you stumble into and then refuse to leave. The garage atmosphere isn't trying to be cute. It's just honest. The staff knows their rums and they're happy to talk you through every bottle. I bought two. Small-batch stuff with real character. The vibe is cozy in a nostalgic way, like your uncle's workshop if your uncle had excellent taste in spirits. Perfect for a relaxed drink. Worth the stop if you're touring around. I wasn't touring.
